Large TV with cinema channels + Access to the two internal doors to the rest of the house is locked. The walls are phonetically reinforced to absorb noise between the two homes. It's somewhere between the independent studio and the room in a local's home, encouraging a minimum of cohabitation. The house is recently built. It does not have air conditioning in summer but it is very well insulated, which seems to avoid the inconveniences linked to high heat.
